The House of Waterford Crystal were recently the proud sponsors of the 14th Annual Wall Street 50 Awards that took place on September 22nd at the New York Yacht Club. The fifty honourees featured represent an exceptional and diverse group of rising stars and Wall Street veterans. For fourteen years, Irish America Magazine has sought out and recognized the best and the brightest Irish and Irish-American leaders in finance.
The distinguished group of honourees were welcomed by Brian Ruane, CEO of Alternative Investment Services at BNY Mellon, who was the keynote speaker. At the dinner Brian Ruane was presented with a stunning Waterford Crystal Kings Bowl and the 2011 Wall Street 50 honourees received Waterford Crystal Shamrocks to commemorate the recognition.
House of Waterford Crystal, Tourism Ireland and the Failte Ireland will continue to work with the Irish American Magazine. It is part of our strategy to develop our relationship with the Irish Diaspora in North America. It is our intention to work together to build this relationship to support business and tourism to the region. In addition this is a key part of our programme to support the Tourism Ireland Gathering, which will commence in the 2013 season.
