House of Waterford Crystal produces the new ATP Tennis World No. 1 Trophy

Waterford Crystal, one of the leading world brands in premium crystal was selected by the ATP to produce the new trophy for the ATP tennis world No.1.

Andy Murray. Murray celebrated his rise to No. 1 by beating American John Iser on Sunday November 6th, to win the Paris Masters for the first time, becoming the 26th player in history to hold No. 1 in Emirates ATP Rankings.

Murray was presented with the Waterford Crystal world No. 1 trophy at the ATP World Tour Final Launch Party in London on Thursday November 10th.

The trophy which stands 22 inches in height, is a world globe with a sculpted number one inside, mounted on an individual pillar of crystal resting on a beautiful plinth. The Waterford craftsmen meticulously hand engraved the countries of the world around the surface of this unique piece of crystal. The trophy is a fantastic addition to the Waterford Crystal collection of world famous sporting trophies.
