Waterford Crystal Mixology

Waterford Crystal are pleased to announce that visitors to the Waterford Crystal Mixology Bar will be treated to a selection of specially created cocktails by Master Mixologist Paul Lambert in Brown Thomas Dublin. Paul will make cocktails named after the iconic ranges of Waterford Crystals stylish glassware; the Clarendontini; the Lismoretini and the Lume Fizz.

Clarendontini - Serve in a Clarendon Ruby Martini glass
1 1/2 oz vodka
3/4 oz. triple sec
3/4 oz. cranberry juice
1 oz. fresh lime juice

Method: Pour ingredients into a cocktail shaker filled with ice, stir or shake well. Strain and pour the ingredients into a Waterford Crystal Clarendon Ruby Martini glass. Garnish with a lime rind.

 


Lismortetini - Serve in a Lismore Saucer Champagne glass
20mls raspberry vodka
40mls pineapple juice
4 raspberries
Champagne

Method: Muddle raspberries in the bottom of the shaker, add pineapple juice
and vodka. Shake well and strain into coupette. Serve in a Waterford Crystal Lismore Saucer Champagne glass .Top with chilled champagne.

 


Lume Fizz - Serve in a Lume Flute glass
40mls Bombay Sapphire gin
20mls fresh lemon juice
15mls Blue Curacao syrup
Champagne

Method: Pour the gin, lemon and syrup into the champagne flute. Top with
chilled champagne. Serve in a Waterford Crystal John Rocha Lume Flute glass. Garnish with a lemon zest.
