Dylan Deakin from county Meath got the opportunity to travel to America, through the Make-a-Wish Foundation to meet his idol Mr. Bill Gates.
Dylan wanted to present Bill Gates with something synonymous with Ireland, so he chose Waterford Crystal.
During a visit to the House of Waterford Crystal, Dylan was taken on a private tour of the manufacturing facility, and was guided through the process of how our beautiful Crystal is made.
Dylan presented Bill Gates with a Waterford Crystal Lismore Angled Vase, engraved with the Microsoft logo and a personal message from Dylan.
