The Woodlands Waterway Marriott was the location for more than 2,500 food and wine lovers to sample delicious cuisine and hundreds of different wines, as chefs representing 60 restaurants competed for Wine & Food Week's Waterford Crystal Chef of Chefs award 2016.
Carlos Ramos, executive chef of Latin Bites, took top honors as the 2016 Waterford Crystal Chef of Chefs winner receiving a $5,000 cash and prize package and the coveted Waterford Crystal Trophy. The winning dish was an innovative Passion Fruit Ahi Tuna Tiradito.
