WATERFORD CRYSTAL MOMENT - Photography Competition

There is no better way to express your feelings and to tell the story of the journey than through the art of imagery.

If you have got a photograph of your Waterford experience whilst at the factory or retail shop in Ireland, or memorable occasion you used your Waterford to mark this special event, we will be glad for you to share it with us.

Simply submit your image featuring Waterford Crystal brand and you will get a chance to win one of the spectacular Waterford Crystal prizes, voting for which is now live on our Facebook page. But even if you don't succeed, your Waterford Crystal moment will be firmly captured in our gallery.

Photographic Competition Rules

  1. No purchase is required.

  2. Entry to this prize draw can only be made by entering information at the House of Waterford Crystal website (www.waterfordvisitorcentre.com) and sending a photograph in accordance with the instructions on that site. Registration opens at 12:00 on Friday, 7th September 2012 and closes at 12:00 on Friday, 9th November 2012.

  3. 5 prizes of Waterford crystal are available to be won. There is no cash alternative.

  4. Entry to the competition is restricted to one per person; multiple, automated, bulk or third party entries will be disqualified.

  5. These Competition Rules are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ireland and by entering the competition entrants agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts of the Republic of Ireland.

  6. Entries which comply with these rules will be judged by an independent person, whose choice is final. The winning photographs will be those which, in the judge’s decision, best portray the Waterford Crystal brand and/or experience. No correspondence will be entered into in this regard.

  7. Winners will be notified by email, sent to the email address provided at the time of registration. Winners will be sent their prizes by courier delivery within 6 weeks of that email being sent.

  8. By entering this prize draw, winning entrants consent to WWRD Ireland Limited contacting them by email to inform them of receipt of their entry and their winning status and to WWRD Ireland Limited publishing their first or given name and town of residence on the House of Waterford Crystal website.

  9. Photographs and/or descriptions submitted by entrants may be displayed at the discretion of WWRD Ireland Limited on the House of Waterford Crystal website, in the Waterford blog, gallery and/or in the House of Waterford Crystal e-magazine. WWRD Ireland Limited reserves the right in its total discretion not to display or publish photographs and/or descriptions or to edit descriptions should WWRD Ireland Limited consider them to be unsuitable in any way. No correspondence will be entered into in this regard.

  10. WWRD Ireland Limited accepts no responsibility for lost or defaced photographs and/or descriptions or for any photographs and/or descriptions which it fails to receive.

  11. WWRD Ireland Limited will not pass on the personal information of any entrant to any third party which is not an affiliate of WWRD Ireland Limited.

  12. The photographic and descriptive information you provide will only be used for WWRD Ireland Limited to display on the House of Waterford Crystal website, in the Waterford blog, gallery and/or in the House of Waterford Crystal e-magazine. The personal data you provide will only be used, subject to any necessary consent, for marketing purposes by WWRD Ireland Limited and its affiliated companies.
