| Opening in June 2010, the new centre will be based in the former ESB regional office on the Mall in Waterford and will employ up to 130 staff at peak trading periods, including highly skilled local craftsmen for the new Waterford Crystal Prestige Manufacturing Facility. Here, approximately 40,000 hand-crafted high end pieces will be produced using traditional methods for our most discerning customers and for the thousands of tourists who will come to visit the new facility. At the press briefing in Dublin, Pierre de Villemejane (CEO) and Anthony Jones (CFO) told the gathered press: "WWRD is thrilled to be a part of the long and distinguished history of crystal manufacturing in Waterford.
